- • Sabah & Sarawak: RM 15.00
- • Free shipping on orders over RM 100
Delivery Time
- • Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- • Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- • Items without original packaging
- • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Process
- 1. Contact us through our Contact Us page
- 2. Provide your order number and reason for return
- 3. We'll provide return instructions and address
- 4. Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
- 5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
